Need one more night without aurora viewing?
Add a room-only night for CAD $300 per room, per night + GST. This is useful before an early flight or whenever you simply want another night in Whitehorse.
Rates are in Canadian dollars, per person, based on the occupancy shown.
Instant or custom
Instant confirmation is available for Thursday–Monday packages throughout the season. Other arrival dates may be arranged on request.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

The package operates from September 1 through March 31, subject to hotel, activity and transportation availability.
Arrivals made easier
Flights, transfers and winter clothing can all be arranged.
- Airport transfers are included.
- Epic North guides provide transfers for flights arriving or departing from 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
- For flights outside that window, transfers are provided by the hotel.
- Air North flights can be arranged from Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton.
- Air North fares include two checked bags and a light meal such as a sandwich.

Is GST included in the advertised rates?
No. GST is added to all package, extra-night, room-only and optional-service prices.
Can I choose one bed or two?
Yes. You may request one or two beds. Room type is subject to hotel availability.
What happens if there is not enough snow for dog sledding?
For early-season stays without sufficient snow, guests may select another Epic North day tour as a substitute, subject to availability.
Is every aurora night at Aurora Lounge?
Not necessarily. Hosted aurora viewing is included every night, but the venue may vary because of private buyouts, availability or operating requirements.
Can I book dates outside Thursday–Monday?
Yes. Thursday–Monday packages may be booked with instant confirmation. Other dates can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
What are the payment terms?
