Bookings and payments
Bookings are processed through Rezdy. When you select a booking button, Rezdy may collect and process your booking and payment information under its own privacy policy and terms. Aurora Lounge does not directly store complete payment-card details submitted through Rezdy.
How we use your information

- process and manage bookings and payments;
- arrange transportation and communicate pickup information;
- provide the Aurora Lounge experience safely and effectively;

Guest photographs
Our guides may take complimentary photographs of guests during Aurora Lounge evenings using professional cameras. These photographs may be made available through our online Flickr albums so guests can find and download photographs from their evening.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell your guide. You may also contact us to request the removal of a photograph. We will not intentionally use an identifiable guest photograph in advertising or other promotional materials without appropriate permission.
Cookies and website analytics
Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website use, maintain security, and measure performance. You can control many cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.
